BioCAS 2025 Student Travel Grants
We are pleased to let you know that the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) offers Student Travel Grants (STGs) to enable the recipients to present their research work at CASS Flagship Conferences such as the IEEE Biomedical Circuits and Systems Conference
In line with the IEEE CASS guidelines, BioCAS2025 will have an evaluation committee who will make the final decisions on the support allocation.
The BioCAS025 STG process is expected to be open for applications in early August 2025.
Important Dates:
The submission deadline is September 4, 2025.
Grant winners will be notified by September 19, 2025.
Selection Criteria:
- Student(s) receiving these grants must have had their papers selected for presentation at BioCAS2025.
- A faculty member must confirm that the nominee:
- is an undergraduate or graduate student and
- is an IEEE CASS student member.
- The nominee must furnish written proof that the paper was accepted at BioCAS2025 (e.g., email notification from the Technical Program Committee).
- The nominee must state in the application that he/she will attend the conference to present the paper.
- The nominee must not have received a previous CASS conference grant within the year 2025.

Due to a limited budget, the student grant allocation is expected to be competitive.
